MAEER has always ventured into new avenues that are important in national development.
MIT Career Guidance Center (CGC) is a gateway to aspired career and helps to become competent in the world of globalization. The CGC envisages providing career services, soft skills development Programme, & preparatory courses to help students to become excellent competent and professional. In order to open new avenues of career, the institute is trying to strengthen relationship with industry, Indian and foreign universities and Alumni through more interaction/workshops/visits.
It's indeed an honor to achieve 98% placements in the best of the industry, among the eligible candidates, from the very first batch (2004-2005) passing out of the college.

The office is well equipped with excellent infrastructure to support all the stages of Placement Process viz. pre-placement talk, written test, group discussion & interviews.
The Placement Department imparts training to the students to develop overall personality of the student to be able to equip them for facing the Campus Interviews in this new competitive era. The thrust of the Placement Department is to create maximum opportunities for the placement of the eligible students in the job market by establishing good rapo with the Industry.
The Placement activity starts immediately after sixth semester examination i.e. pre-final year examination of the students. Many of the fortune 500, top and renowned Companies visit to our institutes regularly for the Recruitment Process & most of them get placed even before the commencement of their final year.
The Placement Department operates year round, to facilitate contacts between Companies and graduates. We are keeping consistent trust in improving Placement scenario and our results are rewarding.

The goal of the Placement Department is to develop our students in such a way that they are

- To guide, motivate and impart training to first and second year engineering students of all branches.
